On the afternoon of August 19, hospital leadership, all middle‑level administrators, young physicians, newly‑recruited medical, nursing and medical‑technical staff gathered in the outpatient hall to celebrate this sacred festival for health‑care workers. The venue was permeated with a heartfelt atmosphere of paying tribute to medical professionals and commending their dedication. Yu Binghu, Assistant to the Hospital Director, presided over the event, while Wang Bin, Chairman of the Trade Union, read out the hospital’s commendation circular for Physicians’ Day.

二、温情暖心 慰问送关怀

      现场暖意融融，既有对医务工作者的节日礼赞，也饱含对职工学子的美好祝愿。院领导为一线医务工作者及高考升学子女送上节日祝福与慰问礼品，传递组织关怀，对 3 名金榜题名的职工学子寄予期许，勉励他们珍惜大学时光、勤学奋进，成长为担当有为的新时代青年，并向学子及职工家长致以祝贺。此次活动是我院人文医院建设的生动实践，有效增强职工归属感、幸福感，凝聚全院干事创业合力。

II. Heart‑warming Gestures and Caring Condolences
The event brimmed with warmth, featuring not only tributes to medical workers but also sincere best wishes for staff children pursuing higher education. Hospital leaders presented festive blessings and condolence gifts to front‑line medical workers and the college‑bound children of hospital staff, delivering organizational care. Three outstanding young students who gained university admission received earnest expectations: they were urged to value their campus years, study diligently and forge ahead, and grow into responsible and promising young people of the new era. Congratulatory remarks were also offered to the students and their parents on the hospital staff. This event serves as a vivid practice in building a human‑centered hospital culture. Xin Jianwen, Secretary of the General Party Branch, sent festive greetings to all medical practitioners, award recipients and staff families. He affirmed the performance of medical workers across all posts in safeguarding maternal and child health for local residents and extended best wishes to staff children admitted to universities. Referring to the upcoming hospital‑history education and site‑visit activity, he encouraged all staff to sustain their passion for medical practice, keep learning and improving, refine professional expertise and cultivate personal morality, and serve the people earnestly from their respective posts. He called on all employees to work in solidarity to advance the high‑quality development of maternal and child health‑care undertakings. He stressed three points for medical practice: first, medical practitioners shall not only preserve genuine passion for healing but also keep learning persistently; second, they shall not only master consummate medical skills but also sustain consistent commitment; third, they shall not only develop specialized expertise but also focus on self‑cultivation and harmonious interpersonal conduct. 三、回望院史  以史铸魂

      随后，“忆院史・守初心・学经验・创新篇”院史教育暨特色科室参观学习活动正式启动。本次参观由医保科主任夏薇担任讲解员，带领全体人员按既定路线依次开展实地研学。置身院史长廊，院领导与资深职工代表现场带领大家回望医院五十余载栉风沐雨、砥砺奋进的发展征程，重温一代代妇幼医务工作者扎根县域、坚守初心、接续奋斗的感人故事。每到一处特色业务科室，科室负责人都细致讲解科室学科建设成果、日常业务开展情况、特色诊疗技术以及长远发展规划，让青年职工近距离熟悉全院科室业务布局与专科优势，进一步认清医院发展定位、拓宽业务工作思路，促进科室之间互学互鉴、互通共进。

III. Reviewing Hospital History to Forge the Mission‑driven Spirit
Subsequently, the themed educational activity entitled “Recalling Hospital Heritage, Upholding Original Aspirations, Drawing on Experience and Forging Ahead into a New Chapter” was officially inaugurated. Xia Wei, Director of the Medical Insurance Department, acted as commentator for the tour and guided all participants along the pre‑arranged route for on‑site study. At the hospital‑history corridor, hospital leaders and senior staff representatives led participants to revisit the hospital’s over‑50‑year arduous and progressive journey, recounting touching stories of generations of maternal and child‑health practitioners who have rooted themselves in the county‑level community, stayed true to their founding mission and strived forward in successive efforts. At each featured clinical department, department heads elaborated on disciplinary achievements, routine service delivery, distinctive diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, as well as long‑term development plans. Young employees gained first‑hand insights into the hospital’s overall service layout and disciplinary strengths, which helped them better understand the hospital’s development orientation, broaden their work horizons, and facilitate mutual learning and collaborative progress across departments.

IV. In‑person Condolences for Front‑line Staff
Following the event, hospital leaders, together with directors of functional departments, presented bouquets and fruit gifts to every department across the hospital, paying high tribute and extending festive greetings to physicians who have long been engaged in front‑line clinical work.

      此次医师节主题活动，既是一次暖心的节日慰问，更是一堂生动的院史教育课。中国建设银行眉县支行在医师节之际为妇保院医务人员送来慰问品，全体医务人员在回望院史中坚守医者初心，在互学互鉴中凝聚奋进力量。大家纷纷表示，将传承医院优良传统，立足岗位精进业务，以更加饱满的热情、更加务实的作风，守护全县妇女儿童健康，奋力推动医院高质量发展再上新台阶。

This themed Physicians’ Day campaign constitutes not merely a heart‑warming festive outreach, but also an immersive educational session on the hospital’s history. On the occasion of Physicians’ Day, China Construction Bank Mei County Branch also delivered condolence supplies to hospital medical staff. Drawing inspiration from the hospital’s legacy, all medical workers will uphold their original aspiration as healers and rally strength through peer‑to‑peer learning.
