8月24日至25日，岐山县召开2026年教体系统暑期领导干部学习会，同步召开岐山县校安委三季度全体（扩大）会议和秋季开学工作会议，并组织实地参观学习。岐山县各镇片教育专干、教育总支书记，各中小学、幼儿园党组织书记和校（园）长，局机关各股室及局属单位党政负责人参加会议，岐山县校安委各成员单位相关负责同志参加校安委专题会议。

此次学习会集理论学习、廉政教育、业务培训、安全部署、党性研学于一体，既是一次集中"充电蓄能"，也是一场新学期动员部署。会议期间，岐山县纪委、消防救援大队、市场监管局等部门分别围绕廉政警示教育、校园消防安全隐患排查和应急处置、校园食品安全管控及食堂规范化管理等内容开展专题辅导；全体参训干部集中进行以案为鉴警示教育，引导教体系统党员干部进一步增强纪律规矩意识，提升校园安全管理能力，为新学期各项工作顺利开局打好基础。

Integrating theoretical learning, integrity education, professional training, safety deployment and Party‑spirit research visits, the study session served both as a concentrated opportunity for officials to “recharge and energize” themselves and a mobilization event for the new semester. During the conference, special tutoring sessions were delivered by the Qishan County Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Fire and Rescue Brigade, and the Administration for Market Regulation, covering integrity warning education, investigation and emergency response for campus fire hazards, campus food safety control and standardized canteen management. All participating cadres received case‑based warning education, which urged Party members and cadres within the education and sports system to heighten their awareness of discipline and rules, enhance campus safety governance capacity, and lay a solid foundation for a sound start of work in the new semester.

在岐山县校安委三季度全体（扩大）会议上，与会人员集中学习了习近平总书记关于安全生产的重要指示批示精神。县校安委副主任、县教体局党委书记、局长苏旭阳对秋季学期校园安全重点工作作出安排。岐山县公安局交管大队、县卫健局、凤鸣镇分别围绕学生交通安全、秋季传染病防控、辖区校园安全管理作交流发言。岐山县政府副县长、县校安委主任李瑾作讲话，就校园安全治理、风险隐患排查、部门协同联动等工作提出明确要求。

At the 3rd Quarter Plenary (Expanded) Meeting of the Qishan County Campus Safety Committee, attendees collectively studied General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on work safety. Su Xuyang, Deputy Director of the County Campus Safety Committee and Party Secretary‑Director of the Education and Sports Bureau, outlined key campus safety tasks for the autumn semester. The Traffic Police Brigade of Qishan Public Security Bureau, the County Health Bureau and Fengming Town delivered keynote speeches on student traffic safety, prevention and control of autumn infectious diseases, and campus safety administration within local jurisdictions respectively. Li Jin, Vice‑County Magistrate of Qishan County and Director of the County Campus Safety Committee, addressed the meeting and set forth clear requirements for campus safety governance, risk hazard screening and inter‑departmental coordination.

秋季开学工作部署会深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述和对基础教育工作的重要指示精神，围绕教育高质量发展、秋季开学准备、教育质量提升、教师队伍建设、办学条件保障等重点任务进行安排，局党委书记、局长苏旭阳就新学期重点工作进行强调，要求岐山县教体系统把各项工作想在前、抓在前、落在前，确保新学期教育教学秩序平稳有序。

The Autumn Semester Opening‑up Work Deployment Conference thoroughly studied and implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on education and key instructions for basic education. It arranged core priorities including high‑quality education development, autumn semester preparation, improvement of teaching quality, faculty development and guarantee of school‑running conditions. Su Xuyang, Party Secretary‑Director of the Education and Sports Bureau, highlighted key tasks for the new semester. He called on the county’s education and sports system to anticipate, prioritize and deliver on all initiatives so as to guarantee stable and orderly teaching and learning in the new term.

会议期间，全体参训干部还前往中共岐山支部旧址、岐山县科技馆参观学习，在追寻红色足迹、感悟科技力量中接受党性教育和创新实践教育，进一步坚定办学治校初心使命。

In the course of the conference, all participating cadres visited the former site of the Qishan Branch of the Communist Party of China and the Qishan County Science and Technology Museum. By tracing red revolutionary footprints and experiencing the power of science and technology, they received Party‑spirit education and innovative practical education, further consolidating their original aspiration and mission for school governance.

参训干部纷纷表示，将以此次学习会为新的起点，把学习成果转化为履职尽责的实际行动，压紧压实工作责任，从严从细落实秋季开学各项任务，守牢安全底线，聚力推进全县教育高质量发展，奋力办好人民满意的教育。

Participants remarked that they would take this study session as a fresh starting point, translate learning outcomes into concrete performance in fulfilling duties, consolidate work responsibilities, rigorously and meticulously implement all autumn‑opening tasks, hold fast to the safety bottom line, strive for high‑quality development of county‑wide education, and work tirelessly to deliver education that satisfies the people.
