【工作检查】8月29日，岐山县教体局党委书记、局长苏旭阳深入岐山高中、蔡家坡高中、蔡家坡初中等辖区学校，通过实地踏勘、现场问询等方式，检查秋季开学准备、消防安全整改、校园安全排查及暑期项目收尾等工作。

在秋季开学准备检查中，苏旭阳仔细核查师资到岗、教材教辅配发、校园环境整治、后勤服务保障等情况，要求各校细化开学工作流程，抓实教师收心归位、教学复盘谋划，做细做实新学期教育教学各项筹备工作，确保平稳有序、高质量开学。

在暑期建设项目检查中，苏旭阳实地查看岐山高中校舍维修、餐厅改造等项目收尾情况，核查工程质量、进度及安全验收等工作，要求严把质量关口、加快收尾清零，确保所有暑期改造项目按期投用，全面改善办学条件、优化育人环境。

苏旭阳强调，开学在即、安全为先、落实为要。全县各校（园）要切实提高政治站位，强化责任担当，坚决克服麻痹思想和侥幸心理；要将安全防范与教育教学同部署、同落实，以“时时放心不下”的责任感，把各项筹备工作抓在经常、严在日常；要持续巩固隐患排查整治成果，健全长效机制，全面提升校园综合治理能力，以万全准备、严实作风护航新学期开学工作平稳有序、安全高效。

Work‑site Inspection

On August 29, Su Xuyang, Party‑Committee Secretary and Director of Qishan County Bureau of Education and Sports, visited local schools including Qishan Senior High School, Caijiapo Senior High School and Caijiapo Junior High School. Through on‑site inspections and on‑the‑spot inquiries, he supervised preparations for the autumn semester, rectification of fire‑safety hazards, campus‑safety investigations, and completion of summer‑vacation construction projects.

In reviewing autumn‑semester preparations, Su Xuyang carefully checked the arrival of teaching staff, distribution of textbooks and teaching aids, campus‑environment renovation and logistical support. He required all schools to refine work procedures for the new semester, facilitate teachers’ readjustment to work routines and curriculum planning, and deliver thorough preparations for teaching‑related work, so as to guarantee a smooth, well‑organized and high‑quality school reopening.

During campus‑safety inspections, Su Xuyang urged all schools and kindergartens across the county to adhere to the principle of “full‑coverage screening, zero tolerance for hidden dangers and results‑oriented implementation”. Schools shall fully advance special rectification covering campus security, food hygiene, school‑building facilities and fire safety. Hazard‑record ledgers shall be established for closed‑loop management. Weak links must be rectified without delay to build a solid safety net for campuses.

In respect of summer‑vacation construction projects, Su Xuyang conducted on‑site surveys on the final‑stage works of school‑building maintenance and canteen renovation at Qishan Senior High School. He examined project quality, construction progress and safety‑acceptance procedures. He stressed strict quality control and accelerated completion of residual works to ensure all summer renovation projects are put into operation on schedule, so as to upgrade school‑running conditions and optimize the educational environment.

Su Xuyang emphasized that as the new semester draws near, safety constitutes the priority and implementation holds the key. All schools and kindergartens in the county shall raise their political awareness, reinforce accountability and guard against complacency and fluke‑mindedness. Safety precautions and teaching activities shall be arranged and implemented in tandem. With a sense of responsibility rooted in the constant vigilance of “always remaining on high alert”, schools shall carry out preparatory work on a regular and rigorous basis. Efforts shall continue to consolidate achievements in hazard identification and rectification, improve long‑term mechanisms, and boost comprehensive campus governance capacity. With thorough arrangements and a down‑to‑earth work style, schools shall safeguard a safe, orderly, efficient opening of the new semester.
