To give full play to the role of staff representatives in democratic management and democratic supervision, safeguard employees’ legitimate rights and vital interests, and continuously improve the hospital’s management systems, the Mei County Maternal and Child Health‑Care Hospital convened the Staff Representatives’ Congress on the afternoon of September 2. The hospital leadership team, all middle‑level managers and staff representatives attended the meeting.
During the session, hospital leaders gave interpretations of the Intention for Installation of the Hospital Photovoltaic Project, the Debt Repayment Plan and the Revised Performance Scheme. After full deliberation and a show‑of‑hands vote, the participating staff representatives, with a strong sense of responsibility, unanimously adopted all the proposals.
Near‑term key tasks of the hospital were also arranged and deployed at the meeting. All scheduled agendas of the congress were completed. All staff are expected to take this congress as an opportunity to implement the resolutions adopted at the meeting and faithfully perform their duties in their respective posts. Under the guidance of the hospital leadership team, all personnel shall pull together and work in a pragmatic spirit, steadily advance the hospital’s key initiatives, and promote the sound and orderly development of all undertakings of the hospital.
