精华热点 秋冬季是流感高发季节，老年人免疫力相对较弱，感染流感后容易引发肺炎、心肌炎等严重并发症，患有高血压、糖尿病、心脏病等慢性疾病的老人感染风险更高。接种流感疫苗是预防流感最经济、最有效的手段。每年的9-11月份是接种流感疫苗的最佳时期。
一、免费接种对象
农村户口年满65岁及以上老人，都能享受免费接种。
二、登记方式
1.可携带本人身份证或户口本，前往所在村卫生室登记、城区居住且农村户口的65岁以上老人可前往眉县妇幼保健院门诊三楼预防接种门诊现场登记；
2.行动不便、卧床老人，家属也可代为现场登记或电话预约登记。预约电话:0917-5661112
三、重要说明
1.接种遵循自愿、知情同意原则，不强制接种；
2.有疫苗接种禁忌症、急性发热、严重疾病急性期的老人不建议接种；
3.登记时请如实告知自身基础疾病情况，便于我们做好接种评估；
4.摸底截止时间:2026年9月10日

Autumn and winter mark the peak season for influenza. With relatively weakened immunity, elderly people are vulnerable to severe complications such as pneumonia and myocarditis upon influenza infection. Seniors living with chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes and heart disease face even higher risks. Influenza vaccination represents the most cost‑effective and efficient measure for influenza prevention, and September through November each year constitutes the optimal vaccination window.
Free influenza vaccination is available for rural‑registered residents aged 65 and above.
Bring your ID card or household registration booklet to your village clinic for registration. Rural‑registered seniors aged 65 and above residing in urban areas may register in‑person at the Vaccination Clinic, 3rd Floor, Outpatient Building, Mei County Maternal and Child Health‑Care Hospital.
For bed‑ridden or mobility‑impaired elderly persons, family members may complete in‑person registration or make appointments by phone on their behalf.
Vaccination is voluntary and based on informed consent; no mandatory requirement applies.
Vaccination is not recommended for seniors with contraindications to vaccination, acute fever, or acute episodes of severe illnesses.
Disclose your underlying medical conditions truthfully at registration to facilitate proper pre‑vaccination assessment.
