9月8 日，在第42 个教师节即将到来之际，岐山县委常委、宣传部部长张陇娟开展教师节走访慰问活动，向辛勤耕耘在教育一线的广大教师和教育工作者致以崇高敬意和节日祝福。

张陇娟来到岐山县中心小学，亲切看望优秀教师杨亚娟，详细了解其工作、生活情况，对她多年来深耕教学一线、默默奉献的敬业精神给予充分肯定，勉励她继续发挥骨干教师的辐射带动作用，以高尚师德感染学生、以精湛业务引领团队，为全县教育事业高质量发展贡献智慧和力量。

张陇娟强调，教育是国之大计、党之大计，教师是立教之本、兴教之源。要充分发挥宣传思想文化工作优势，广泛宣传优秀教师先进事迹，在全社会营造尊师重教的浓厚氛围。要重视教师队伍建设，搭建成长平台、畅通发展通道，激励广大教师潜心育人、争先创优。要引导广大教师和教育工作者牢记为党育人、为国育才的初心使命，落实立德树人根本任务，以德立身、以德施教，在平凡岗位上书写不凡篇章，为办好人民满意的教育作出更大贡献。

On September 8, on the eve of the 42nd Teachers’ Day, Zhang Longjuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Qishan County Party Committee and Director of the Publicity Department, conducted a visit and consolation activity for Teachers’ Day. She extended sincere respect and festive greetings to teachers and educators working diligently on the front lines of education.

At Qishan County Central Primary School, Zhang Longjuan paid a warm visit to outstanding teacher Yang Yajuan. She inquired in detail about Ms. Yang’s work and life, fully affirming her dedication to frontline teaching and selfless devotion over the years. She encouraged Yang Yajuan to continue leveraging the exemplary and driving role of backbone teachers, inspire students with noble teaching ethics, lead her team with consummate professional competence, and contribute wisdom and strength to the high-quality development of education across the county.

Zhang Longjuan emphasized that education constitutes a fundamental undertaking for the nation and the Party, and teachers serve as the foundation of education and the source of its prosperity. It is essential to capitalize on the strengths of publicity, ideological and cultural work, widely publicize the exemplary deeds of distinguished teachers, and foster a society-wide atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education. Priority should be given to building the teaching workforce, establishing platforms for professional growth and unblocking career advancement channels, so as to motivate teachers to devote themselves to nurturing students and strive for excellence. Educators should be guided to keep firmly in mind their original aspiration and mission of educating people for the Party and the nation, fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, establish themselves and teach with morality, write extraordinary chapters on ordinary posts, and make greater contributions to delivering education that satisfies the people.
