9月24日下午，岐山县科协召开机关全体会议，传达学习县第十九次党代会精神。

会上，组织集体学习县委书记张军辉所作的《解放思想 创新突破 实干争先 奋力建设全省县域经济高质量发展强县》工作报告，从过去五年工作回顾、工作体会和今后五年工作建议三个方面原原本本传达了会议精神，进一步统一思想、凝聚共识，把握新常态，领会新要求。

会议要求，一是强化学习，深刻领会和把握精神实质；二是立足实际，找准工作定位和切入点；三是强化举措，确保取得成效，从科技馆建成运营、提高科创能力、群团组织服务保障中心工作等方面寻找差距，迅速将会议精神践行到科普宣传、科技创新、科普助力“双减”、科技小院建设、基层协会规范化治理等工作之中，学以致用，不断加强科协自身建设，充分发挥“四服务”职能，团结引领全县广大科技工作者，积极应对新发展阶段科普工作的新要求，主动投身全县经济社会发展主战场和科技前沿，为全县经济社会高质量发展提供科技支撑和智力支持。

会议还组织学习了岐山县第十八届纪律检查委员会工作报告。

On the afternoon of September 24, the Qishan County Association for Science and Technology convened a plenary meeting of its organ staff to communicate and study the spirit of the 19th Congress of the Qishan County Party Committee.

At the meeting, participants collectively studied the work report Emancipate the Mind, Pursue Innovation and Breakthrough, Strive for Excellence, and Forge Ahead to Build a Strong County with High-Quality Development of County Economy across the Province, delivered by Zhang Junhui, Secretary of the Qishan County Party Committee. The meeting relayed the congress spirit in full, covering three dimensions: a review of work over the past five years, work experience, and recommendations for work in the next five years. It further consolidated thinking, built consensus, helped attendees grasp the new normal and understand new requirements.

The meeting put forward three requirements. First, strengthen learning to deeply comprehend and grasp the essence of the congress spirit. Second, ground work in realities to identify work positioning and entry points. Third, reinforce measures to deliver tangible outcomes. The association shall identify gaps in areas including the completion and operation of the Science and Technology Museum, enhancement of scientific and innovation capacity, and support for core work by mass organizations. It shall promptly translate the congress spirit into practices such as science popularization, scientific and technological innovation, leveraging popular science to support the "double reduction" policy, construction of science and technology courtyards, and standardized governance of grassroots associations. Attendees are expected to apply what they have learned, continuously improve self-development of the CAST, fully exercise its four service functions, unite and guide all scientists and technicians across the county, actively respond to new requirements for science popularization in the new development stage, and take the initiative to engage in the main battlefield of the county’s economic and social development as well as cutting-edge scientific and technological undertakings, so as to furnish scientific and technological support and intellectual backing for the high-quality economic and social development of Qishan County.

The meeting also arranged for the study of the work report of the 18th Commission for Discipline Inspection of Qishan County.
